Cancelled appointment 45 mins before due to come 12-2pm slot whole day now ruined , picked a weekend as not to disturb daughters business hrs mon-fri . Next appointment available five days away without a guarantee of being able to attend.totally unacceptable service then they tell tell you they are contracted by BT . So if I have a Complaint go to BT !!!!

customer service is non existent. engineer appointment booked by BT to fix broadband issues. 10am-12pm was my slot received text from Qube to cancel due to no engineer available and i was to call unknown number to rearrange. How very proffesional to text rather than place call to appologise and rearrange. Eventually called me at 15.10pm to cancel appointment 3hrs 10 mins after end slot to then be told that they had tried to call but there was no answer 2 minutes before i had called them back! BT get rid

Had a Qube GB engineer round today to fix my BT internet connection, very polite and helpful and left me very impressed. I'm now surfing away happily. Would definitely recommend.

Had a visit today via BT from a Qube engineer by the name of Ollie Fealy. Extremely polite and helpful, explained his process as he went along and was very informative. Tidied up as he went, no mess, no fuss, just efficient. And a West Ham fan into the bargain. Thank you Ollie ! COYI !

Appointment booked for Wednesday morning, Cancelled the night before.Rescheduled for Friday between 8-10amAnother day taken off workCall them at 11am to find out where engineer is to be told appointment cancelled again and that they would attend monday.Not able to take another day off work and have asked BT to send a different contractor as this lot are beyond useless

Having issues with my Talk Talk Connection, Engineer from Qube went out his way to diagnose and repair the cabling that caused the issue. Top service all round !!
