Lovely place with friendly and helpful staff, was able to pop in and get few bits for nephews cat and didn't take long also the bunnies they had in were super cute

The fish points guide online is not working. 60ltr, 11 month old established tank. 3 rosy tetras and 6 neons and staff said it was at max stocking. Go elsewhere. The pets at home website says it is up to the customer to keep a tally on the stocking points. Should change it to gatekeepers are employed in store. Please take on board that we hobbyist are putting our money into aquarium costs and stocking and the day to day care of our pets. It is bad customer relations to parent us when you have dead stock in your own tanks.

The lady that served me was absolutely delightful and so helpful. I am so glad I went into the store. I'm also.excited to get some fish for my new fish tank once it's ready!

Very friendly staff. We were in to buy fish for my daughter and she was given brilliant advice and tips, they seemed very knowledgeable. Huge range of dog and cat things (which we couldn't help but buy some of!)
