Had a problem with my Powakaddy over the weekend.Called in today and Mike checked guarantee for me,took the trolley into workshop and came back 2 minutes later all fixed.Fantastic service.Highly recommended

OK it was summer last year. I needed some rivets for a powercaddycart. The shop owner said I could have them for free but didn’t believe I would be able to fit them myself. Said I’d be better to bring it in. I turned up with the cart and was told I should have booked it in! He then elected to do it whilst I waited. Twenty minutes later done, for a reasonable price. Magic, would advise anyone Use this guy he is understanding and helpful.

What a fantastic local business. Dropped my Motocaddy in this morning after it failed, I’d only had it 3 months. The people I dealt with could not have been more helpful. Took the time to listen and explain, they spoke to the manufacturer when I was there and made sure that everything was covered and that the parts required would be prioritised. They have assured me they will keep in contact with me and let me know when the parts arrive and when the work will be complete. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time.

Travelled further than initially expected to make sure got quality repair, and glad I did as nice and professional service, updating with necessary repairs.Trolley working like new.Definitely recommend this company.
