Bodylogics Physio & Sports Massage Whetstone

I’ve been attending Bodylogics for a few years now with various sports issues and they have been fantastic. Monika is so friendly and knowledgeable and I have usually only needed a couple of sessions before recovering. I have been recommending them to friends with sports related issues and they are equally happy with the treatment.

Have had a few deep tissue massages with Alison - she's excellent. I always go in stiff as a board and come out feeling so much better! Also very knowledgeable and suggests exercises to help me in the interim before my next session. Would highly recommend!

I had been looking for a local sports therapy clinic and found Bodylogics on Google so gave it a go and booked myself a 45 minute sports massage with Amanda. She was great!! She focussed entirely on my shoulders and lower back where my pain was and did an excellent, thorough job. She spent a lot of time working on my tension and I left feeling very relaxed. She is very knowledgeable and professional at what she does and I couldn't recommend her more. I will be back soon for my monthly top up!

What a wonderful place! Amanda, tiny pretty therapist with great knowledge of human anatomy, strong hands, very professional, always smiling, she performs magic on me, the very best therapist I ever had! After her physio therapy I feel like born again, her massage always put me to sleep after session. Thank you for your hard work. Monika is very good as well, but she works in different branch. Highly recommended.

I came to Bodylogics with lots of pain and very little hope as I re-injured my hip only 2 weeks after finishing several weeks of physiotherapy somewhere else. I phoned the clinic and was offered an appointment with Juan the same day.I was nervous before my assessment but Juan was very professional, patiently listened when I described my symptoms and made me feel at ease. He also managed to greatly reduce my pain in the first session and reassured me that I can get better.My hip was quite temperamental at the start so I had lots of questions and concerns. Juan was very understanding and kindly answered all my questions in detail.Thanks to Juan's knowledge and experience, after only a few weeks of treatment and tailored exercises I'm now much stronger and my pain is mostly gone!I'm very impressed with the high level of care I received in each session and would highly recommend Juan to anyone looking for a great physiotherapist.

I have seen Monika and Amanda for ankle and back issues I have had. Both have been efficient, understanding and incredibly knowledgeable. My ankle is almost fully recovered from my breakage. My back is in progress as that is a new problem, but I feel confident that I will get better. I am so happy to have such good physiotherapists nearby.

Just had my first session at BodyLogics and will definitely be back. Hassaan was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. I can't believe how amazing I feel after just one session. The whole experience was amazing. I highly recommend this clinic!

Had my session today with Hassaan Awan. Hands down the best physio I’ve seen over the years. Really helped target specific issues I was having both through a sports massage and targeted stretching. Helped give me a plan to prevent future issues. Have already booked my next session. 100% recommend.

Hassaan Awan is highly experienced, applies a tailored approach to ensure a rapid but measured recuperation.I had surgery with plate with screws and after only 2 sessions he has made a huge improvement in my rotation and mobility. I couldn't move it at all when I first came to Hassaan, I was very nervous and in pain.I cannot recommend Hassaan enough he understands the movement dynamics of so many injuries having worked with team GB and building a broad experience at the NHS.5 stars really brilliant work Hasaan! A friend recommended Jason at Bodylogics for Physiotherapy when I underwent an ankle surgery. Its hard to find a private medical service where the treatment has value for the money charged.I have been treated by Jason for the past six months. Jason is very professional, passionate about his job and very knowledgeable. The advice, exercises and soft tissue massages Jason has given me have helped with the swelling, pain and the mobility of the ankle greatly.
