Very poor. Limited stock compared to previous visits. The staff member was not that interested in promoting any products or giving information on any. I also think there are now very similar products at much lesser prices.

Amazing experience the girl serving is always happy to help and so well versed on all the products. There is so many scents in so many forms makes it hard to choose you can smell the aroma through the building. 10 out of 10

Been buying bits and pieces for a while now but got a diffuser few days ago and my house smells divine! Picking my smell wasn’t easy though there are loads to choose from and they all smell so good! Staff there are genuinely lovely always have the biggest smiles for their customers. Will definitely be stocking up for Christmas presents!

I've been a customer for around 3 years, I tired other on line ones in-between and came back to angelic aromas, only ones i get 12 hours of scent from one small cube ! Prices haven't raised alot like others at all.Post is a little slow sometimes but I blame the Post not the company.My order was delayed last time due to stock issues, the lady messaged me within a few hour's and sorted it out and posted a few days later and also added in a few freebies too x really good customer service care xxNo other wax has the strength and the staying power in my home !!
