Fireside Fireplaces

I couldn't be happier with my new fire. The service provided from start to finish was superb. I've visited other fire showrooms but found David at the Fireside Fireplaces to be the most patient and knowledgeable. He spent a great deal of time explaining all the various options to me and nothing seemed too much trouble to him. I would highly recommend anyone to use this company.

Visited Fireside after existing fire gave up to choose a replacement. David was very helpful patient and informative when I was deciding which one to take. He explained the process and cost etc and kept in communication when required. On the day of the installation I just left a key at the shop as I was working. Came home the boys were gone the fire looked amazing and the place was tidy. Extremely happy with the product and service by all involved. I’m only giving 4 stars as I had to wait almost 3 months due to the demand.

Friendly, efficient service, very accomodating arranging the installation around my schedule. The fitters left the house clean and tidy after the installation. There's also disabled parking at the shop door.

My friend; Mrs Geraldine Sands recently purchased and has had a fireplace installed from Fireside Fireplaces. We cannot praise them highly enough. David the salesman in the showroom in Gorgie, Edinburgh was extremely helpful, cheerful, friendly and very knowledgeable. A perfect gentleman. Mark and Declan who installed the Fireplace were the perfect gentlemen to carry out the task. They were also very cheerful and extremely knowledgeable in ensuring that the fireplace was installed correctly, safely etc. They ensured that they left not a speck of dust, cardboard etc.Geraldine and I would recommend Fireside Fireplaces without hesitation.

Excellent from start to finish. £100 deposit after choosing what we wanted. Made appt with fitter to survey - he gave us his price which was the cost over and above the materials from Fireside (this was clearly explained in shop and was actually cheaper than David from Fireside estimated). From there, an appt was made for the fitting and 50% of cost of materials paid. The fitters were excellent, clean and tidy despite the mess drilling out bricks and rubble removing the existing fireplace and surround! Very quick as well, came about 11 and left by half three, which, considering the work involved, was amazing! Paid the fitters by bank transfer on the day but David didn’t take the final balance for materials until we had taken the fire for a test run and were happy with everything! Excellent! Now just the decorating to get done!

Beautiful black cast iron fireplace fitted last week. Perfect for my 1930's house. Highly recommend this Company. Showroom Manager David was excellent and a great help, as were the installers. 100% satisfaction and a big thank you.
