It was my first time as a customer today and I can not fault them. The staff we're polite, friendly and professional and even though I wasn't an existing customer, they managed to fit me in for an early appointment at short notice. I would highly recommend this garage and will definitely be going back

Find them on the internet. Booked online. Went to the garage to confirm because nobody call/email me for confirmation.First day got back to the garage twice because nobody can start the van. No apologies.Booked for major service and MOT, got no fuel filter change. Suprise. They changed the cheap pollen filter instead. Professional?!? Only 20 quid difference, big savings. Cheers.Worse customer service. No update at all. Only final call looking for payment of course.Labour cost for replacement of ABC sensor and chase wiring including removing rare floor and contents cost me 3.5 hours or 238 quid?!! They called me twice to start the engine, but did not call me to move my stuff. Even they did not inform me what's going on. Professional?!?! Hope the ABC light won't flash soon. Who knowsAt the end of third day the van is ready. Of course one issue left for the future. It was replace a strut mount and can be dangerous. They said it wasn't impacted by MOT, so, who cares.What of waste of time (and money for me) indeed. Three days for MOT and service and small repairs.No thanks. I had enough from this garage.Stay away from this garage if you want something proper and quick.

I'm a disabled woman and I turned up at the end of the end worried about my tyres. They were really friendly, kind and helped. The worker put some air in my tyres and made it safe for me to get home. I really appreciate them being so kind and professional with me. Thank you for your time. Xxxx

I've only used them for an MOT and a service; they were quick, friendly and I've no complaints about the work. Speed bumps on access road are very aggressive, but I'm sure SRG can fix your suspension if you try to ignore them.

Was nice experience. I was in a situation whereI needed to get some repair done quickly on thesame day. They were helpful enough to squeeze my car in between their busy schedule. Rate was reasonable as well.

I used this garage every year since about 2017. Sadly, they don't seem to value their customers at all anymore. Maybe they've grown too big now? Who knows. Whatever the reason, I'll not be returning. They took my car to the completely wrong address (not even the correct road) and posted the keys through the wrong letterbox. Left all personal details on the car seat facing upward for everyone to see (including my card details). When I phoned and got no answer, I left a message to let them know of their mistake. No one called me to apologies. It's a good job my friends walked past my car by chance. Otherwise I wouldn't have found it. A huge headache and lots of anxiety for about 2 hours, until my car was finally found.

Really recommend them - very professional, good prices and lovely to deal with.

Our car was worse off than when we brought it in. Brought our car in for a loose rear view mirror and picked up the car with a giant crack in the windscreen. Mistakes can happen but they won't take responsibility for it, and that is just appalling, since they clearly broke the windscreen.

Fantastic garage, always helpful and just think Bec's is amazing on the front desk
