Done order online for decking boards and joists. After 10 days nobody get in touch with me so I call them where is my order ? They said they don't have ordered joists lengths! How I have been able to order them online then ? Why nobody call me earlier? 10 days waiting for delivery... another couple of days for refund . I can say only that : USELESS. AVOID.

Just called in and picked up an 8 seat Excalibur round picnic table. Excellent service and staff. Ask them about a 'B' grade.... saved myself £100 and it looks fine to me. Recommended
