Wanted to shoe shop and was met at the door by one of your employees!Who told me the shop was closed, but had a number of customers inside.I did say she would loose a sale as I already had seen what I wanted, through the glass door her reply was I'm not bothered.This has to be the most rude way your staff could speak to a customer.

Place seemed friendly enough, but went specifically for kids fittings as advised on here and was told they do not do it and never have!
