There was an issue with the courier. Brisant-secure were less than helpful when I contacted them about it, rude on the phone and promises of call backs with updates that never happened. 1 week since order was placed and I’ve still not received my order. No regard for the fact that my house keys were potentially missing! Still waiting on the delivery as DPD have failed to deliver yet again. Maybe time to change your courier!!!

Not normally one to complain, but after the response I received from a guy at head office about getting a refund, for extra keys I had cut for a lock that failed after a few weeks, then getting a replacement and that lock failing in less than a hour. I wouldn't trust a Ultion lock and because I've decided to use another lock, they won't give me a refund for the two extra keys I had cut. They would only replace the lock and extra keys if I had a lock again from them. But now I wouldn't trust my family safety and security with their locks. Terrible customer service. Please think before buying a Ultion lock. I only gave them 1 star because you can't give none.

Quite simply best 3* barrels on the market. Ordered on the phone for three barrels all keyed alike . Drove one hour to pick them up all done and in dispatch ready for me. So helpful from taking the Order to the guy in dispatch 10/10

Ordered 2 spare keys with Ultion/ Brisant at £49.99. These keys have been delivered to the wrong house, and now someone in the area has my spare door keys... With my delivery address on them.I understand they do not deliver the items themselves however the pure lack of interest from Ultion to help is astonishing! Still not a single call back.

DisappointedI ordered a spare key for my Ultion lock. After some faffing around, the key duly arrived, but it proved to be very stiff and almost impossible to get the key into the lock and to remove it.I wrote two emails, asking for advice about this probelm, but didn't have the courtesy of a reply or any acknowledgment at all.It is apparent that they are quite happy to sell you things and take your money, but when it comes to queries or any after-sales service, they are found wanting.As we are dealing with a security product, where after-sales support could be vitally important, my advice will be to use another company - I certainly will.

DO NOT BUY THEIR SMART LOCKS. Worst company i have dealt with in a long time. Firstly, they claim it comes and it will be made to your size specifications. Mine wasn't. It arrived untrimmed (you will see on the picture its too big and wont fit) and you need tools to cut metal parts to fit. Their customer service was most unhelpful. We exchanged about half a dozen emails over a few weeks because they take DAYS to reply to each one. Their app does not work. it will lock and unlock but does not allow to configure the lock or share keys. so you have to manually set it up by pressing a pin with a needle to go through a complex menu which is not user friendly and if you lose the leaflet that comes with the lock, good luck because finding it online is impossible. Seriously, even if this lock was worth its money, and it really isn't, I would avoid it just because its not worth their rude customer service staff and the hassle. Just order your lock elsewhere and save yourself the aggravation of dealing with them.

Product is poor, customer service is even worse, I bought the Danalock which keep locking my out of my house so returned it and went with Nuki which snapped twice and never worked properly.I sent that back and had a ring and message them for a refund. I was promised calls back and they never rang, buy a decent lock and keep you key if you want to use Nuki, don’t buy of these as it’s twice more expensive and you can rarely speak to support. I’d never use these people again.

I purchased Ultion smart lock which had many faults so was returned for a refund. I also purchased Sweet letter box which corroded after 3 months which I was surprised at due to a cheap temporary door handle showed no corrosion after a year. Brisant replaced letterbox no problem so I have fitted a Sweet lock lock handle due to 20 year corrosion warranty.
