Fabulous service from the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcome. Jane was amazing, so helpful and friendly nothing was to much trouble. The dress I chose was too big and not quite what I wanted but Jayne did everything I ask and the dress was perfect when it was finished. A BIG thank you for making me a beautiful bride.

Absolutely wonderful service provided with a lot to choose from. You are made to feel at home, and nothing is too much especially when trying on dresses. However, alterations available were very basic and in the end I had to go without an alteration I needed for my dress.

I bought my wedding dress from Emma's almost 5 years ago. No date planned at that point... however it was no trouble for Jane who allowed me to pay for my dress as and when & they kept my dress for me. 2 years ago we finally booked our wedding. The girls at Emma's were so excited for me, they became my wedding family. When I came to have my first fitting in April 2017 I met Kerry who was so down to earth & I felt like I'd known her from day one. Kerry helped me with my change of veil & headpiece & knew exactly what would go. At the 2 subsequent fittings the girls were so excited at how quick the wedding was coming along & I never felt rushed by them. They would always allocate an appropriate time for a fitting to avoid any distractions so that you can enjoy your moment. The day before the wedding I collected my dress & felt like I was saying goodbye to my wedding family who had looked after my dress so well for me & it was time for me to take it home. I would highly recommend Emma's over and over. They work so hard, know what you need & are so supportive & friendly along the way. I've been into other bridal shops before and I have never had the same experience that I had when I go into Emma's. 'The wedding dress fairies'Being an older bride (41) I was dreading the whole dress shopping experience but from the minute I walked in to Emma's bridal the girls were really friendly & helpful so I made an appointment to go back & try on.. Several dresses later I found my dress! Couldn't believe it & also how helpful the lady who owns the shop was, June altered the dress to suit my shape and nothing was too much trouble. She gave me good advise on underwear for the dress I'd chosen and even added extra support in the bust of the dress.. She was my dress fairy!I'm so glad I made an appointment with Emma Bridal, thank you all for helping me look & feel fabulous on my special day!

My Self and my nan recently went to Emma bridal wear as we had been past and heard so many great reviews and also seen so many fabulous dresses in the store windows. From the moment we got there I loved the whole experience! My consultant was jayne and she was absolutely amazing!! I described my vision of what I wanted/was looking for, gave my budget and was then given the chance to walk through and pick out dresses I wanted to try on. During all the trying on Jayne was so much fun, feeding off our personalities but always remaining professional. We also loved how she always made me feel comfortable and made my opinion her top priority.Also my partner was dealt with by Gordon who was also very friendly, professional and helpful. He advised what would best for my partners shape and size and which colours would be fitting toward s both him and myself.All staff worked so well together and made the experience so much easier and pleasant.I would definitely recommend Emma Bridal Wear to any bride and groom looking for their perfect dress/suit.

I got married 3 weeks ago.. As well as getting my beautiful wedding gown from Emma's originally me and my now husband where also shown a vast range of bridesmaid, men's / grooms men and accessories which we also made the big decision of purchasing from the shop!I can't thank the staff enough especially one of the owners June and my personal contact Jayne (lovely lady's) .. from 1st try on appointments, to final alterations, I was made to feel reassured and at ease with the whole process.After reading previous comments I feel compelled to stress how great me and my wedding party thought the shop and staff where through out.

June and Gordon helped me choose an amazing dress for my special day. They both took the time to go out their way to help me. They were welcoming and instantly made me and my sister feel relaxed and offered us drinks. They were understanding and supportive. I have used Emmas for my bridesmaids dresses, the quality of them and colour were absolutely spot on & they were able to add certain bits to make them even more authentic. An absolutely amazing shop who help you so much. All the staff are so, so helpful and friendly. Having had to postpone our wedding through the pandemic, the staff just all made it so easy and I couldn't be be any more grateful to them all, would fully recommend to all brides

The wife and I cannot recommend Emma Bridalwear highly enough. Service and communication is exceptional.Our wedding was amazing and it was made better by the fabulous suit hire that we had from Emma’s. I had been here previously to get suits as an usher for a friends wedding 5 years ago and had no hesitation to return this time as the groom. Brilliant customer service and great prices. We had lots of positive comments about the guys suits throughout our special day so If you are arranging a wedding, give Emma’s a visit - you will not be disappointed.
