Royal Mail - Charlton and Greenwich Delivery Office

Opening hours suck.Absolutely ridiculous! The times you are at home they just send you a message (we TRIED to deliver…yada yada) they NEVER TRIED because I was right at home! So from 8 AM to 10 AM you can’t even pick up your parcel and don’t worry they will not deliver at your house like the SHOULD either…. What kind of service is this!A clowns service? Lazy G…

Due to recurring issues that remain unresolved, I am dissatisfied with the female staff member working at Royal Mail's Charlton and Greenwich branch. Despite repeatedly asking her to scan my package upon delivery, she refused and took it inside. My neighbors have also expressed similar complaints about her. Not being able to track the status of my delivered package is frustrating. Please address this matter and find a solution.

I would give ZERO stars if I could! The ‘lady’ with dreadlocks serving at the customer collection desk is AWFUL! She has no respect and is rude and ignorant. I just collected my parcel and she was on a personal call on her mobile, didn’t make any eye contact or speak, just snatched the red card from me and walked off. She returned and said ID, barely even glanced at it then walked away leaving my parcel on the desk. Made no effort to pass it to me or gesture that I could take it….simply walked away? I can’t believe someone with this bad attitude is employed in a customer facing role? She REALLY lets this sorting Office down as everyone else is lovely!

Organising a redelivery to local post office is messed up every single time. Probably had around 7 parcels where I've requested redelivery and the parcel is either lost or significantly delayed or the request is ignored and they try redelivering to my home

Just absurd that the door says it closes at 19:00 and at 15:00 it is already closed . Before I left home and checked, online was also saying 19:00. Then in a side window not very visible to people had a sign that closed at 8am to 10am. Wish I had a job serving the public like that

Never had issues with getting my parcels from this depot. Great staff and my postie is top notch too!

Opening hours show the shoddy state Royal Mail is in. Staff are not rude but hardly helpful and approachable.

The staff is great, the opening hours are convenient (excluding Mondays) and the deliveries are leaving in time.Update review: from a good review, here we are to a bad one. They have just changed their schedule to 8 AM - 10 AM every day. This is a complete joke, against their customers and needs.This was the only office with sort of a serious service and people, but changing the program really gave me headaches in using daily their services.Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful to your customers. Sorry, I hate to give bad reviews!
