Staff very helpful. I changed from 02 because I found the 02 coverage in Halesowen and surrounding areas is pathetic. I have found the EE coverage quite good, I even get 5G in quite a lot of places ( hardly get 4G on 02 let alone 5G).

Appalling dealings with someone called ‘Ibby’ Sunday 12th November at the EE in Merry Hill. A true embarrassment for someone representing the sales industry. Didnt listen on multiple occasions. When we explained we came in to understand our I-phone upgrade options he went straight into a broadband sell. Then wanted to sell us an I-watch. When we didn’t want either of those he went away and left us waiting. Repeatedly used the words ‘innit’ ‘mate’. Mumbled and spoke very fast so it was a difficult to follow. Was very interested in how much commission could be made in the car industry when very early in the experience he wanted to know what we earned. When he came back he said that he could do us a ‘great deal’ that included everything but then couldn’t explain a package breakdown. He then told us it included an I-watch, at which point we got up and left. This isn’t someone having a bad day, this is someone who is truly awful at their job and that doesn’t take it seriously. If a customers needs and requirements doesn’t fit into what pays his commission then he’ll try and blag you into something you told him you didn’t want. Shouldn’t be in the job.

Disgraceful, 11/11 @11am - the whole shop staff and customers did not do any form of 2 minutes silence and kept talking through. Signals throughout merry hill via speaker system and no one in the shop took part! Lack of respect show!

Very helpful members of staff - especially Aiden and the Manager. Explained everything very carefully without any undue pressure. Call in any time you have a BT problem.

Went in for some help with a faulty phone I purchased just a month prior to be told by a cocky staff member called callum that it's down to miss use even though I've since found out it's a common fault with this phone. I feel callum would be more suited to a role where he doesn't have to deal with people, like a scarecrow or a test dummy or something?

Did not pick up the telephone at the store. I ordered my new Pixel 8 online. Poor store service. Great online service recommended.

I had to pop to merryhill EE and BT shop to upgrade my mobile phones this morning I have to to say the service was excellent a lovely lad named Saj .who was friendly polite very helpful and professional gave us a fab upgrade deal he is a credit to EE and BT thanks again Saj for helping us would defintly reccomendA Perry.

I had been an EE customer for 10 years, but I have found they have become far too expensive compared to the likes of 3, etc. Not staffed enough, so you have to wait to speak to an adviser.
