This website isn’t based in Stockport anymore. I spoke to the previous owner of the website who closed the website 10 years ago. The new owner of the domain isn’t a company, it’s one person purchasing the goods as you also buy them. I know this as my order was refused a return. Because my order was refused a return, it made it almost impossible for a refund. The owner will try to haggle a refund if you aren’t satisfied which is baffling. You can’t even return your item if it’s wrong for the original item you purchased! Don’t buy from here. I had to go through by bank to get my money back because the guy wouldn’t accept my return or full refund. Needless to say, won’t be buying anything from this online store again.

The absolute worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. They sent NO updates and never reached out to me after multiple attempts to contact via e-mail. They shipped an item A MONTH later and it wasn’t even the correct item. NEVER buying from again. Complete lack of professionalism, and an absolutely inept, putrid poor excuse for a company.

Received wrong item in a wrong size. Seller refused a refund. Never again.
