Twice since moving to Colchester in the last four months C.A.R have solved my car's problems in an effective and efficient way and on one occasion i had my car back the next day and the latest one it was sorted within two hours when I thought the gear box had gone !! Thanks guys.I posted the above 2 years ago . Writing this Ist Nov 2023. I have my annual service plus winter check with Clive and his team . My latest issue was a tyre losing air too quickly which they quickly diagnosed. My MOT is due end of Jan and really because my Volvo in 20 years old I should have changed cars ages ago but the guys through their efficiency keep it going. Thanks guys.

Great customer service. I had a number of issues with my car, and was able to book the car in at short notice for repairs, at a price that was lower than comparable garages in the locality. Friendly and professional from start to finish.If you have a mechanical fault with your motor vehicle, I wouldn't hesitate to call Constable's - you might just find your car thanking you!

I am very happy to find this place. My car's wheel alignment was done today. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable than other local garages. I highly recommend this place.

Helpful and understanding staff, proactive communication and professional advice on repairs

First time I used these guys and fantastic service. No dodgy extras found to try and rob you. They even called a second time to remind me to collect my car and kindly stayed an extra 5mins for me to quickly run round and collect

£200 for a single wheel bearing fitted. If I wasn't desperate for my car to be fixed this week I would have gone somewhere else.
