The Body Shop

I love the body shop but my recent visit left a horrible taste in my mouth.There is clearly an issue with customer service in this store as evidenced by the multiple reviews prior to my own detailing bad experiences with staff.I went into the store shortly after opening, and as the only customer in there I thought it wouldn’t be too annoying if I asked the lady with long red hair behind the till for help. She then proceeded to scoff and say they didn’t have what I was looking for and don’t sell anything with a “Cherry and Vanilla scent”. When I proceeded to describe the gift set I was after (as I was sure i had seen it in store only a few days before) and gesticulated to where I believed it would be - she then left the till area, looked at the item, laughed and then turned to me and said “It’s called Cherries and Cheer, no one calls it that” and walked away from me whilst still laughing and giving me dirty looksNever in my life have I been ridiculed by someone that is employed to help me out. It is unlikely i’ll return to this store again.

Closed down.

So rude and wouldn't let me in 5 minutes before closing. Kept repeatedly asking me if i was sure if I knew what I wanted to order, I was, or I wouldn't be served.
