Awful. Went to Solvaa for some help getting eBay data into Xero and the bulk uploading of invoices into Xero. We told them what apps we were looking at and was told that they would research our processes, the eBay API etc and come back with solutions. After months of waiting hey came back to tell us that the apps we suggested initially might" work for us. No other solutions were put forward and no attempt was made to understand our systems. We are no further forward now than were were five months ago. A complete waste of time and money."
