I had ready £10 for delivery driver as always but Muhammad was so unfriendly that I didn't even try to give it to him. No hi, he didn't respond to how are you. Unprofessional and with bad attitude. Pizza is just ok,so it easy to get it somewhere else. Won't order again ever!

A tiny take away domino’s, doesn’t have seating arrangement.We got a buy one get one deal for collection.The ultimate chicken Mexicana and Veg Volcano, both were good!Nothing to complain about.Veg volcano was cheesier which I loved.

We ordered from Domino's Pizza Brentford branch today. The Pizzas were fantastic, very tasty and delicious, they were delivered hot, also the driver was very friendly and he delivered on time :)

I dunno if it's because this branch is run directly by HQ but I've worked in the pizza industry for over 15 years with a few dominoes stores under my belt. I get it, the jobs not easy but these guys pull off the rush well! I did once have an order where a topping was missing and they dealt with it by the book and extremely well by offering me a new pizza or a full refund. A lot of franchises could learn from this team and how they deal with the pressure of the rush. Five stars from me.

Poor service, took over an hour to get pizza delivered and when I contacted them to ask where it is I was told 15m which was clearly misinformation as it was almost 40m on top of that. Has happened every time I’ve ordered here, will no longer use with all the nice service around

A great Dominos. I stupidly ticked a box stating no tomato base. The guy (a star) behind the counter spotted it and rectified my error. Brilliant customer service. And much appreciated.

*Update. They charge for delivery now for orders under £25. This is not good. Cost up eating out/takeaway's increasing from all directions* Good, fresh tasting pizza. Always deliver within 25 mins. Nice order and delivery tracking online and delivery guy is friendly and greets with a good evening. A plus point for delivery staff and the international chain they represent
