Totally amazing service and the designs were fantastic. Unfortunately, due to some serious structural issues, we have had to temporarily stop moving forward with the kitchen until such time the structural works are complete. Once we know where we are and issues resolved, it will be all systems go. Thank you David and Jonathan for your understanding and patience.

I was very satisfied with every stage of my kitchen design, installation and after sales support. Two designers worked on my kitchen, the first one left shortly after starting the process, but the transition was seamless and the level of communication and customer care remained consistently high. The surveyor who came out to measure everything up was friendly and happy to answer questions. The kitchen installer Stevie was brilliant, clearly knew what he was doing and was very quick and willing to arrange for tradespeople he worked with to come out for additional jobs like tiling and gas fittings.

Had a great experience with wren, professional start to finish, good quality kitchen. Stylish design and I got an amazing saving on it on one of their sales! They were also very accommodating to my lengthy delay in arranging delivery with them due to other complications in the house that had to be complete before installation. Would highly recommend.

Management here is unprofessional and unhelpful. Thank god for the wren customer care team because this show room is an absolute joke. I wouldn’t recommend using them at all they are happy to take your money but if you have any issues after sale forget about them being interested. Wren customer care sorted my issue in 5 mins and had second hand embarrassment from the show rooms response to my order issues. I’d recommend using the other showrooms and be sure to read the fine prints cause they will try to miss sell and rush sales.

Fantastic experience with Wren Kitchens. Extremely helpful staff in store at all stages. Great installer and helpful custome services along the way. Any parts that arrived that may have been damaged in transit were rapidly replaced. New kitchen looks amazing.

Absolutely Fantastic Service given by Rebeka. We did not plan to finalise matters let alone pay a deposit when visiting the store however Rebeka's excellent customer service and her genuine kind nature to try and give us the kitchen we wanted in the price braket we wanted changed everything.I would highly recommend for people to ask for Rebeka if you truly want someone who would go out of their way to save you money where ever you possibly can and give you honest advice. 100 % satisfied.We has visited another Wren store and got our designs made up however did not receive the personal touch and care we were after which Rebeka fulfilled for us and answered all the questions. Top quality service and a very happy customer.
