Loveitts

Posting on behalf of a friend. I had a really bad experience with loveitts after getting a new build apartment. The door had no letterbox, wasn’t provided with bins or curtain poles or blinds. The heating broke for 6 weeks and no one came out to fix it even though it was the middle of winter and it was unsuitable for humans to live in. They didn’t seal the shower tray in the apartment above which led to the ceiling in the bathroom falling through and water flooding the apartment and tripping the electrics. There was no sense of urgency throughout my stay. The apartment was really poorly built. Even though the heating didn’t work for 6 weeks, they refused to take money off my rent and blamed the problem on me fiddling with the thermostat even though I wasn’t shown how to use it or any appliances in the apartment. I’m severely disappointed in the way loveitts handled this and would advise renting a property through them.

I recently had an experience with Loveitts Letting Agency, and unfortunately, it left much to be desired. I applied to rent a house through them, and the process was far from smooth. One of my major concerns was the extensive delay in their response time (3 weeks). It took them an unnecessarily long time to get back to me regarding my application, which was frustrating and inconvenient.Furthermore, my interaction with the representative from Loveitts during the house viewing left me with a negative impression. The lady who showed us the house displayed a personality that was less than welcoming. Her attitude and manner made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional.While I can't deny that Loveitts may have some merits, such as property selection, my overall experience was ruined by the slow response and the uninspired customer service I encountered. Therefore, I can only rate them 2 out of 5 stars based on my personal experience.

After years of having trouble with renting our property in Coventry we found Loveitts Estate Agents who were recommended by the neighbour of the said property. It has been the best decision we have made. Jade has been absolutely amazing, her professionalism and persistence in finding us good tenants has to be commended. We have had a run of bad luck with this property from tenants to actual agents who have destroyed the property. We are delighted to be able to hand over the property to Jade and have full faith in the entire team at Loveitts for all their efforts and hard work and not giving up, when we wanted too. I can say with no hesitation at all that Loveitts really are the best estate agents in Coventry. We have just gone through the process of renting a property with them and Jade made the whole process stress free. Jade is very professional and answered all our questions quickly and accurately. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Credit where credit is due.

Lovitts block management oversaw the block of flats I lived in coventry . I can honestly say what a pleasure it was having them maintain the flats . Fast and efficient at sorting out any issues . I had the pleasure of having Gereldine Evans as our point of call and may I say she is a credit to Lovitts nothing was ever a problem and assisted me many times over the years

It was not really a good experience with Loveitts :(I paid ~£600 to relet the house I had rented, and they were supposed to do a simple job reading meters for me! I cannot believe that they had read the meter for another flat, and they did not want to accept their mistake. At the end, I had to find the contact information of the new tenant, go to the building again, and read the meter myself. Such a headache!

I have all of my properties managed by Loveitts for a few years now. Dealing with Jade at Loveitts has been a delight. She responds to emails promptly, returns calls. She also understands as a landlord I am looking for the best tenants. She had also helped me achieve maximum rent with great tenants. I can wait to get Jade involved in my next purchase.
