Southgate & Culham

Advertise emergencies but refuse to help saying they are fully booked, when my boiler needs replacing I'll go elsewhere.

We had a site visit book but our boiler finally packed in so Southgate & Culham (Nikki) helped out by giving us a quote over the phone confirmed that our choice of boiler (Worcester Bosch ) were market leaders.Kevin then arrived 0n time to confirm all the details ,the quote came out cheaper than we though which in the light of our position (no hot water etc) was very refreshing.3 days later Wayne the fitter arrived again on time and proceeded to fit our new boiler with no hassle or stress at any time just great re-assurance.The whole experience from start to finish has been 100% positive, and we feel very pleased to have been dealt with in such a totally professional way by a totally professional company.

Lots of positives could be said but in a nutshell....... Just simply good old fashion service at a very reasonable price.

S&G installed our oil boiler over 5 years ago now and have always been helpful and friendly whenever we've needed repairs to the system or advice. I would not dream of going anywhere else.

S&C installed our gas boiler 3 years ago and were great from the start. At the time we didn't have a gas supply so were looking at oil and they took us through the options. On the installation day they were great - efficient, tidy and sorted out our crazy plumbing. What prompted this review was coming home from holidays and finding the pressure on the boiler had dropped and not being able to figure out how to repressurise it. S&C were brilliantly helpful and the installer remembered where the hose was for me - obvious when pointed out but I was looking in the wrong place. You don't get that with British Gas!
