Discovered flue warehouse through recommendations and so far so great. Products spot on, prices competitive and reliable which is key for me. Loving the helix flue and can't see me switching back to my old supplier.

Very helpful staff, they had everything I needed to fit my wood burning stove and much cheaper than I was quoted from other shops.

Had a delivery of 16 stoves for stock which they unfortunately sent to the invoice address and not our warehouse. Refused to accept responsibility despite never having had anything delivered to the invoice address before. Asked them to redirect to the correct address which they refused to do unless we paid for it. This was for a £3600 order and wanted us to pay £52 to redirect the delivery to the correct address which we had stated on the order.

Placed an order on a Tuesday morning ,it was delivered the following Friday morning ,this was not just a local delivery but almost 500 miles into rural France ,great experience from start to finish only contact was with Dianne very efficient, will use them again and certainly happy to pass their details on.
