awful place to work .workers dont treat clients with dignity or respect.office staff are rude and abrupt. workers go completely against the rules. i would never let any of my relitives be cared for by this company nor would i put anyone forward to work here. manager is rude .

I can’t emphasise enough how poor the treatment of staff is. The support given to staff by the office is dreadful, little to no proper procedures followed out. Even one star is to generous of a rating. Absolutely disgusting organisation! Definitely would NOT recommend!!!

Rude office staff, unprofessional, unsupportive.

I wish I could give this 0 stars.I worked here for 6 months and have never seen a care set up like it in my 5 years of care. care plans not updated, office staff are entitled and rude, we are put in very vulnerable positions with some clients being unstable and unsafe and we are not informed of their needs, this has resulted in traumatic 999 calls and no support after, I was lucky to meet a couple of carers who did care about their jobs however a lot of them just rush to finish early which made me feel very uncomfortable and i would be told off for be thorough as i wasn't being 'quick enough'. I do not recommend this care company at all to work or for clients.

Absolutely awful treatment of my grandmother throughout the years, particular carers who don't have enough training and terrible demeanour throughout the home calls.
