Asda Living Belfast

I recently visited the Asda Living store in Belfast and I was very impressed with the selection of products and the atmosphere of the store. The store is very large and has a wide variety of products ranging from clothing to homewares and electronics. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the prices are very reasonable. The store also has a great selection of food and drinks, with a wide variety of choices. Overall, I had a great experience shopping at Asda Living and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great shopping experience.

The store is easy to navigate, and the staff are friendly an always eager to help.

I love shopping here. You have a plethora of things to buy at reasonable prices, ranging from clothes to kitchen utensils to home decor.

It was ok. I wanted to browse home but found there was little there. However I did find a gem and delighted with my purchase. It cost £55 but when I looked online they were out of stock and similar lamps were around £150 (Maui lamp and I think this is just as nice) so I snapped it up as there was only two left.

Normally we’ve had no issue in this store and staff have been quite friendly. Today my partner was shopping and enquired about an item. The lady he asked was blatantly rude and unhelpful. She proceeded to gossip behind the counter while he was making his way to the till. I understand venting to your coworker etc when you have a difficult customer, he was anything but. Very unhappy with this customer service.

Outdoor furniture set but missing legs for the table. Purchased for this weekend party at home, they first told me to return it fully and exchange. Then they found out the store don't have any more stock. There is a display piece at the store which they could have exchanged just the table. Can't understand the purpose of a display piece without stock. No care for customers. Manager won't come out to speak directly. They handed over a customer care number for me to ring and try my luck. That was Asda mobile when I rang up. Can't believe such carelessness. They should be taking the responsibility to resolve this rather than asking the customer to call or run around.I am very disappointed. Paid £499 ( £100 extra for this as it was on offer the previous week at £399)

I use this shop all the time, it is amazing for baby clothes and most of the toys are good too however, every time I go to the tills and the old woman with grey hair and circle shaped glasses with the gold frame is on (name on her nametag is flo) she makes me feel very unwelcome and is just plain rude and ignorant, it's not what she says but how she says things. She makes you feel like your doing something wrong for going to the tills to pay, maybe its because she actually has to do her job. She is always miserable and never once have I been served by her and been able to say she was somewhat decent. My partner hates paying when she's there to the point where she has stopped going into the shop by herself. She went to pickup a click and collect last week and had to run in by herself while I sat in the car with the kids and came out without it because she couldn't bring herself to go to the tills as this woman was the only person on tills

Amazing shopping store for your home and clothes. Cheap. Often having deals. Great surrounding and a nice parking space.

Great place to browse and buy household and clothing. Very friendly staff. A overall fantastic place to shop. Highly recommend.

Asda have a great selection of food, but ...last time I was in, there were no chicken breasts available ...I did receive an apology, and it's probably a temporary supply issue.Staff, when asked, were pleasant and helpful.
