IMO Car Wash

So rude! I usually come here to get my cars cleaned but I won’t be using them again. The alloys weren’t cleaned properly with the jet wash so I politely asked him if he’d mind going over them again and he made a big fuss about and made me feel like a nuisance. What happened to customer satisfaction?

Poor customer service. I arrived in a commercial vehicle. Something was shouted at me as I pulled up and I saw a man wagging is finger at me as I parked. Nobody came to speak to me directly. Just more finger wagging and head shaking from a distance so I assumed they don’t clean vans? Or perhaps vehicles with roof bars? I have no idea because nobody spoke to me.When I asked if they can recommend anyone else in the area the they just shrugged. If you value customer service and politeness I would suggest you go down the road to Mr.Shine.

An interesting concept for a car wash. They do a pre wash by hand before sending you through a high tech automated wash machine. There are various tiers of wash available at fantastic prices, and even if there's a queue you're not waiting long. They also offer valets but I haven't had one done so I can't comment.My favourite local car wash. Highly recommended.

If I could give zero stars I would. Rude staff and will not use again. Paid £13 for a car wash and wax. Came out still covered in bird poo and what I found out later was tree sap. Approached the attendant, who said he knew that would happen. When asked why he said nothing before the wash, his response was: I thought about it but there were cars behind you ( there wasn't at this point) and your car needed a wash." Absolutely disgraceful.Managed to get the bird poo and tree sap off at home but ended up having to wash car again. Waste of money."

Very slapdash. Paid £13 for ultra HD and the car wasn't even prewashed sufficiently and even after going through the auto wash it was still grubby. Normally pretty good here but they weren't even that busy! Now I have to wash it again.Edit April 2022 - different car, same issue. Been twice and this time I even told the operator that it isn't cleaning the car properly. They assured me they'd pre wash the tailgate area by hand. Made no difference and ended up washing the back of the car myself again. Should have just done that and saved the money. Half the jets were clearly blocked and dribbling, but that doesn't answer why this is so bad at cleaning the car. Template response from customer services who clearly don't care. So I'll just go elsewhere.

Always decent service, good place to go for a quick wash. Not always 100% perfect but if you're after that you're better off getting your car hand washed or doing it yourself. It's exactly what you want and expect

Best car wash by miles. I always use the £5.50 wash, its good value and includes extra attention from the attendants. Car always looks great after a visit! They sometimes have special offers on Sundays, and you can choose from a basic wash to a full valet. Friendly and efficient staff

Used this car wash for the first - and last - time yesterday; shouted and gestured at for not knowing the drill. It would be a good idea if the bloke spent his time asking customers if they’ve used it before and explaining it to them instead of trying to sell them a more expensive wash than the one they asked for.

This is a good place to get ya car washed if you're in a hurry. Although I found it a quite abrasive for the paintwork. I would avoid if you have an expensive paint finish.The staff are friendly and it's relatively inexpensive. You can get a decent wash and wax for a tenner.

Not bad, the chap who is usually there is polite and friendly. This place is a bit old though compared to other IMO places I've been in recent times, still, did the job well enough so I'm happy.
