Cash only! A big chain like ShoeZone only accepts cash!? - Somethings is not right here. Price of softlites have gone up alot from what they were. £6.99 today, sure last time they were only £3.99 Not impressed.

I do like this shop, and every so often they have really good deals on their school shoes and their girls sandles. Not all the school shoes are of good quality, they are budget, I have brought some and they have come apart after only a couple of weeks but their are a few pairs that last my daughter months, and so have just brought another two pairs of lily slip on school shoes. With the little tassle at the front.

Not costumer friendly , very rude woman

The Store was Clean and the Staff pleasant. My concern is the Shoe Sizes, i have always bought Lilley Sandals as so pretty, i headed straight to that section and found a pair i loved in Size 6 but i couldn't get my Toe in the Loop, so tried a Size 7, fitted the Sole of my foot exactly the same as the Size 6 - however the Toe Loop is ridiculously large and my Foot is constantly slipping off the whole Sandal, i had to purchase these as was only visiting this Area as a Break and my Son left my Flip Flops at the Beach! Totally gutted as this has put me off using the Online Shop for the Lilley Sandals now as the Sizes are just not correct as they always were before - i presume they are now being made by a different Manufacturer!!

A very helpful lady who was very patient inputting my voucher. Good selection of shoes and sizes (I am an 8 and my husband is a 12) often we are not catered for.

Fantastic customer service from the 2 older ladies went out their way to help find what ì wanted checked their stock room other local stores and offered to order 4 me, very patient and understanding friendly and polite lovely ladies

Friendly service, Bargain price, you get what you pay for

Brought some boots from here about just over 2 months ago and they have broken completely. Honestly the worse place I have been to buy boots never buying from shoe zone again. I am really disappointed.
