Kathryn has been the ultimate professional whilst treating a number of my injuries. Her attention to detail is second to none and without the treatment she provided there is no way I would’ve returned to the rugby pitch in the timescale that I did. The rehab programmes she sets are detailed and very easy to follow. I couldn’t recommend Kathryn any higher, anymore injuries I will 100% be back.

A highly skilled and professional chiropractor. Kathryn recently helped with two sports injuries on my shoulder and foot, and had me back active in no time. Her knowledge is second to none and her readiness to fit me in for treatment and provide injury assessment during rehab was invaluable. It meant that I could return to sport as quickly as possible without risking another injury relapse - especially with a competition around the corner. Would recommend Kathryn without a second thought to anyone with an injury,

Kath has helped me through quite a few injuries. Each consultation she’s diagnosed the problem right even before having any scans etc. The physical therapy is excellent and really helped my recovery, and the rehab plans that follow are easy to access, and come with video examples of the exercises. Would recommend to any one in need of a physio or chiropractor.

Kathryn is extremely professional and always has her clients best interests at heart. Her sessions and rehabilitation plans are always well thought out and extremely helpful.Kathryn went above and beyond with a back injury I had from work, even going as far as writing letters to my GP to help push things along.There is nobody I'd trust more with even the smallest of problems, I cannot recommend her enough.
