Weights room in the gym is small, but well equipped. When busy it can be easy to get in the way of others. Beyond that, a great health club with friendly staff

Joined to use pool but extremely difficult to find times when available. Timetable on wall with incorrect information. Driving 10 miles to use a facility which may or may not be available is not acceptable. They could email/message members about availability.

Staff are friendly, helpful and attentive.The gym is quite spacious and well equipped, and the classes are fun. I would reccommend for your day-to-day fitness regime.

Sauna and steam very restricted to max 3 people or 2 if big persons.No loungers for resting, closesStaff very friendly. I decided not to join because of the above.

Small but has pretty much everything you need. Avoid early evening as it can get crowded and you will need to wait for the equipment.

Very friendly, welcoming and professional staff. A good variety of facilities, and definitely not full of steroid posers and haughty, gym bunnies. Worth a visit.

Good value, but sauna was turned off way before closing time so it was cool by the time I went in. Hopefully this will be resolved before my next visit. Steam room was small but at a decent temperature

We frequent this place for Water babies lessons. It's just not 5 stars because the changing rooms could be more suitable to change the babies, for example, with more changing stations.
