I am not sorry for this company troubles . I had the worst experience of my life working for them. In this particular shop. I was heavily bullied by two colleagues. Manager won't do nothing, head office actually would laugh. Before I worked in the branch in Covent Garden where the manager was 'highly happy' all the time and the regional manager would do nothing making both me, colleagues and customers extremely uncomfortable. Disgusting company. They are getting what they deserve.

Friendly, helpful staff. My companion bought a Summer dress and cashmere jumper.Opposite from Charing Cross Tube and served by many buses on The Strand.

Head office need to be aware of the racial profiling this branch employs. I was there today with my teenage daughter, looking for a smart outfit for my next event and I am sorry to report that the store detective and a female member of staff made it very clear we would not be made comfortable enough to make a purchase. Consequently I spent a grand total of three minutes in this store then went elsewhere where I bought my entire outfit with ease. WOC take note.

Shame it's shut as along with Leeds and Manchester these branches have been here years. This was one of the original stores. Big shame it's shutting.
