I’ve been going to Alice for an eyebrow tint and wax since November, and I’m SO SO happy with my brows. I had given up on my brows thinking I couldn’t reach my brow goals.Alice always listens to what I want, whilst giving her professional opinion which is really appreciated!I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my eyebrows done.Alice is always friendly, professional and makes sure I’m comfortable with each step of the process.Ive added a before and after pictures too!

I had such a lovely time at Benefit Truro. Alice was so welcoming and patient, she stayed 30 minutes late to make sure I got the full Benefit experience. Amazing customer service, she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. For me it wasn’t just a makeup service, it was an enjoyable time full of laughter and great conversation. Definitely will be returning very soon. (she also had a great name)

Alice was lovely, really helpful and accommodating. When I couldn’t get my brows waxed due to acne medication, she still made me feel pampered by offering them being just tweezed and having under eye masks! My brows look lovely and she was knowledgable with all my question about the benefit products and what they do :))

Alice was so lovely at the Truro branch. She made me feel very relaxed and un rushed. She showed me how to enhance my brows keeping them natural and gave me the confidence to recreate them at home with the brow pencil I purchased. Her demonstration of the pore products was very relaxing and left my skin feeling comfortable as normally I'm sensitive to some products so I also treated myself to them.

My daughter saw a very lovely lady called Alice who transformed Hollys eyebrows. She suffers with hair loss in her brows and Alice showed holly sone wonderful techniques and products. She was so generous with her time and the finished look was amazing! Thankyou so much!!! She is already booking for a brow tint. Highly recommend the lovely Alice!!
