I've worked with quite a few product photographers before but none was as good. Tom is incredible and he understood straight away what I wanted. He delivered on time and the result definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you guys for an excellent service.

Tom did an amazing job at taking product pictures for my beauty website. Very professional pictures and great quality. He listened to what I said and exceeding my expectations. Will be returning for more pictures!

Didn’t return my products in a timely manner and ignored multiple calls and e-mails over a period of weeks.This was my second time using this service. The quality of the photography was good but the correspondence and overall service was poor.—UpdateThe owner subsequently sent me a personally insulting and aggressive e-mail, wishing me ill, after I refused to remove my review.—UpdateOwner has continued to berate me via lengthy, poorly written e-mails for my refusal to alter my review. This is now over a month since my initial, mild review.

Unreliable, taking shortcuts with pictures; not willing to improve images, images not satisfactory so had to pay an additional cost to someone else for post production; bad customer service and slow communication. Fancy looking website but outcome was poor. I wouldn't recommend his services.Update- Thomas, I just saw your reply and what you wrote was not what you told me over the phone! When we had the discussion on the phone you told me you were fed up fixing my pictures! You also mentioned that you were very busy with another job and didn’t have the time to keep fixing my pictures! Your customer service is extremely bad, it is hard and long to talk to you and all you cared about was your payment! I don’t appreciate you emailing asking me to remove my honest review ! You should have made an effort at the start without taking shortcuts and being rude! You need to have more respect for your customers! I have wasted my money, paid you and I had to pay someone else to redo your job! Unbelievable!I ONLY LEAVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS, THAT'S WHY I AM HERE- NOT THAT I OWE YOU ANY EXPLANATION. Excellent service and will definitely use again. Tom was able to fully meet the brief I gave him but also provided fabulous advice ensuring that I got the outcome that I desired. On one particular image he advised how I could modify it slightly to get a more saleable image and I'm pleased I listened to his professional experience. Also excellent value for money! Highly recommended.

Thomas has done an amazing job for us. He always manages to surprise us with a better picture than what we had imagined. He has good attention to detail and is creative. In other words...not just point and shoot. He thinks about what he is doing and has an artistic side. If we need to make changes Thomas is quick to change. I recommend.
