Vita Student Copper Towers - Student Accommodation Coventry

Trashy staff - concept of VITA is great where they care about the well being of the students living there…on surface. Underneath that rosy exterior is a series of negligent and rude staff (not all of them) who care more about covering their own tracks than actually helping international students.There is a particular Indian staff with spectacles who takes advantage of his status as a staff rather than following corporate rules. IE he threatened a fine of £1000 for vaping indoors even though rules stated you get 3 warnings. Or IE stating that paper for printing is not to be taken - I had to go through a ridiculous process of “printing nothing on a paper to get a piece of paper”.Your profits come from reputation of not just the accommodation but the service of the staff. Accommodation may be tight these years but I expect some decency and common sense as a service staff. Staff being rude to clients is a big no-no regardless of industry.Pls fix thx.P.S don’t bother replying to this saying you are sorry etc, I’d rather see a credible action plan that I can observe for the remaining academic year 23/24 instead of just words from HR.

I feel compelled to share my experience with vita which has been disappointing, particularly concerning their no offer no payment" policy. My interaction with this accommodation has left me with a strong impression of greed and an utter lack of consideration for students' circumstances.I encountered significant issues with the accommodation's refund policy. I've been here for two weeks now and it's great, it's close to Coventry city center and easy to shop. The environment inside the apartment is also very nice, the staff are very friendly and patient. Especially David and Viraj.David, no doubt can fix everything!Viraj, very friendly and responsible!If the only downside is that the gym is not living up to my expectations at the moment, hopefully it will be better in the future.Thank you to all vita staff!

This place is amazing! The classes and utilities are top notch and worth every penny. The incredible service makes you feel at home especially that of Jess, Beth and Nattie! It truly is a great place to stay!

It’s the best student accommodation in Coventry to be very honest

One of my best decision I have made recently. During a year of master degree in the UK, I have to decide where I will be living for a entire year here. I decided to chose a newly open accommodation in coventry city centre at Vita student copper towers and its came out really good decision for me. At the arrival date I met staff name Viraj who the most supportive and helpful to me in every struggle situation for me to settling in. Then the next day I met David who is the maintenance guy of this building. David help me with a lot stuff in my studio, he know all about the facilities and electric appliances in this place.Thanks to Viraj and David, I feel ease settling in at Vita Copper Towers here and can be assured about almost a year that I have to live here.

I couldn't be more thankful for the excellence service and very warm welcome from the staff, especially for Viraj( supervisor ). On the first day there're a lot of things to manage, luckily I met Viraj who was really helpful to help me with all the procedures. Thank you so much ☺️
