Bought luxury fruit & nut mix 700 g from a local shop in preston called muin grocers on st pauls road preston went to return the bag was told by the owner call the suppliers if the product is not good , she would not take it back or even exchange for another one.We rang the firm about 5 times to speak with customer service department they even sent her an internal email to contact me but she was not available to call back i today eventually managed to speak with her and was told send her the product by post but wont refund the money . Will see it has a problem.GO TO ANY MAJOR SUPERMARKET IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE THEY GLADLY WILLING TO HELP.WE TRY AND BUY FROM LOCAL SHOPS TRY AND SUPPORT THEM AND THIS IS THE THANKS WE GET BY SHOPPING THEIR.
