Good value and local company. Booking over the phone and email was super easy. Pick up very smooth and quick; Alan met us at the airport, paperwork signed and car handed over. Vehicle was great (KIA Ceed auto, fuel economy excellent). Drop off equally hassle-free back to airport carpark. Will definitely be using again when we next visit.

Local company, very efficient booking and smooth handover process. Lovely car and very economical (Kia Ceed). The company were on hand and reassuring when I had a concern while on the road. I would absolutely recommend Jack Self Drive as they provided a friendly and good value service (with no hidden charges unlike other national hire companies).

Fantastic. Brand new car, delivered to Inverness Station for us rather than us having to pick it up. Out of hours drop off at Inverness Station no problem at all. Very competitive rates. Everything spot on, we'll use them again.

Excellent service from Jacks. Easy to arrange the booking by e-mail, met at Inverness station and given a new Corsa, and taken back to the station when we dropped the car off at their depot. Highly recommended.

Jack’s got me into a vehicle in 15 minutes when a corporate car hire didn’t have the car for my reservation. This is an honest and local spot, no hidden fees. My car ended up being 10x nicer and with a better price. We’ll definitely use Jack’s the next time we return.
