Hired IGO for a Boxing Day trip to the races. Picked them as they had the best price / best vehicle. Was a little nervous when I saw some of the reviews, but all I can say is we were DELIGHTED. Turned up earlier, were flexible when we wanted to leave a little later than planned, our driver was great, made a stop when we asked him too, dropped / collected us from the door, really good communications all day. We’re planning the same trip next year, so will be using IGO again.

Our experience with Igo Travel was great. We have booked a 52 seater bus two days before our trip and they were able to provide it.We have received a confirmation email with the driver’s name and number 30 hours before our trip. Highly recommend them.Thank you!

A truly awful experience. I chose your service over others because it was advertised that the there would be a working toilet on board our bus. Upon arrival the driver, Qin Wang, told us that he didn't have the key and we could not use it. We therefore requested that we would need to make multiple stops on our journey because of this. Throughout the journey Qin Wang was belligerent and reluctant to make stops. Multiple passengers requested we make toilet breaks over a 4 hour journey and Qin Wang refused and became extremely aggressive. Our experience with Igo Travel was horrible, I will never be using it again, and I urge others to stay away as well.

Our experience with this company was extremely poor. We booked them through coach hire comparison for a wedding from 8 in the morning until 12.30 am the following morning. After paying the hire fee we was then notified that the driver would need to leave at a particular time due to coach driver regulations stating that drivers need a 9 hour rest. On the day it was then revealed that the reason they had mentioned the 9 hour drive was because the driver took a job the night before and the law states that within a 24 hour period the driver needs to have a 9 hour rest. Our wedding over ran as they sometimes do which meant that we was delayed leaving the church. This resulted in the driver refusing to leave at the end of the wedding, and refusing to drive for a further 2 hours. Initially the driver refused to turn on the engine and turn on the heating, and was prepared to let us sit in this manor, even though we had young children and babies aboard the mini bus. Initially we were unaware of the regulations and accepted that the coach driver would need to leave at a certain time, however once we spoke to the driver we realised they had incorporated the 9 hour rest in our booking only due to the driver working the night before and taking this booking last minute. It was also revealed that there was meant to be 2 drivers and not 1. When we rang the customer services line the lady that answered was rude and unhelpful, and even shouted at us. Absolutely poor service, we accept that our wedding ended later than scheduled, but to try and incorporate the drivers rest in our booking when there should have been 2 drivers, and keeping us hostage for 2 hours with children is absolute absurd.

If I could give this company a 0 I would! Myself and a group of parents booked this company to for transportation for year 6 boys end of school trip. That us parents has organised. The bus arrived over an hour late because the driver had not received the booking even though I called and confirmed the booking the day before. The driver turns up and it not even the bus we’d paid for.The booking happened to fall on the hottest day of the year so imagine these poor 10/11 year olds having to wait out in the heat for a coach driver who kept lying and saying his 10mins away when he was not. Them being late meant the 2 hours event us parents paid for was cut short.On the way back the driver decided to go though a width restriction which clearly the bus could not fit through to then crash into the bollards with our sons on the bus.After several calls and emails to the manager Huan and Vivien I have not even received any form of compensation for them being over an hour late, sending the wrong coach or even an apology or a check-in to make sure our boys are ok after experiencing being in a crash no matter how severe it was. If you want my honest opinion DO NOT BOOK with this coach company.

Unfortunately it's not possible to give 0 stars. Booked this company for an 24 person Ascot trip on the 23rd June and they decided not to pick us up despite receiving full payment weeks prior. Scheduled pick up was 11am, at 11:02 I tried to contact the driver to be told he wasn't working that day. After finally speaking to a member of the team at 11:05 I was then told there was a fault with our vehicle and they was trying to find another vehicle but they couldn't tell us when it would be there. The whole time there was no sense of an apology as if this was a normal thing that happens - the worst customer service I have ever experienced, was finally told at 11:15 they couldn't get a vehicle to us - we then had to get a train and missed the first 2 races. Absolutely shocking company - no remorse or understanding of their fault, avoid like the plague.

We were a bit worried at first as we booked through coachhirecomparison.co.uk and we didn’t receive the driver details until 7pm the night before (apparently they don’t allocate drivers until the evening before a trip). Nevertheless, the minibus was great (it had nice leather seats with tables/cup holders for our drinks etc) and we connected to the Bluetooth to play music on the journey. The driver was a lovely guy and the price was the cheapest of all the quotes we received - good value for money

DO NOT USE! I have never experience such rude and disrespectful customer service in my life.After being delayed an hour and a half of trying to leave an outdoor concert of 100k people which was out of our control and being patrolled by the police the driver Qin Wang was nothing but rude from the beginning.He threatened to leave people behind 60 miles away from our drop off location on the motorway. He swore and at all passengers, put the heat on high on purpose.The day before another driver had the same issue causing 3 hour delays trying to leave the venue. He blamed us that he would be working over his 16 hours and Legally not allowed to driver anymore. As they company knew this was the case they should have allowed a second driver and not take another job between our booking.Finally after having to argue with Qin Wang to wait and allow all passengers onboard he drive well over the legal limit on the motorway all the way home putting us all in danger.

DISGUSTING! This company will not care about you or your day!The driver was booked to depart my wedding venue to take my family home at 23:45.On the day, he told them they had to leave at 22:15 due to legal limits of some sorts.They had no choice, being nearly 100 miles away from home, in the middle of the countryside, but to leave my wedding early.After complaining to IgoTravel, the team never called me, nor answered their phone calls and never stuck to their initial promise of responding to me within 24 hours.Lost in translation, I think they meant 2 weeks, because that's how long Huan took to reply to me, to which he covered his driver and said that the events I mentioned did not take place.Do not waste your time or money. They will ruin your big day.Shocking customer service all around.

It was a very pleasant experience!Due to the sudden cancellation of the previously reserved bus, we had to temporarily change the company, and finally contacted this company. Even during non-working hours, the customer service staff actively communicated with us to confirm the use of the car.The driver is also very professional, warm and friendly. He would confirm the drop-offs location with us in advance at each stop!The bus is clean and tidy, and the 53-seater bus is equipped with a toilet, which is perfect!
