Reliable letting agents. Sarah and Shirley has helped us to find our best accommodation ever which we had stayed for the past few months. They are responsible for both tenants and landlords and they responds quickly each time when I met problems. Definitely recommend to anyone wants to find a lovely place to stay in Penrith!

We have had a very good experience with H+H overall. We would like to say a particular Thank You to Andrew Low for his professionalism and excellent prompt responses and assistance. He remained calm and efficient throughout the whole process acting as coordinator between all parties including solicitors. When the stresses of the process of buying became overwhelming at times, Andrew was our reliable go-to person for which we are very grateful. We think he is a great roll model for more junior members of staff to learn from his expertise.We would definitely recommend H & H land and Estates to others going through the house buying/selling process.

Shirley, Sarah and Sue in the Residential Lettings team were absolutely fantastic. We were looking for somewhere at short notice and they pulled out all the stops to help us. They were extremely professional and friendly and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They expedited our application as quickly as possible and enabled us to start a tenancy just 3 weeks after we first contacted them!
