Massive thank you to Elaine. Got us a great deal on our cruise and ensured we had everything we needed before we left even the best exchange rate in the town.

Cheryl & Lorna have been fantastic when myself and parents booked our cruise. Unfortunately the cruise was cancelled after 14 hours waiting in the airport and both ladies done their best to help us out the following day.However, not impressed with the hard faced attitude of the Manager of the store Elaine. Terrible customer service towards my parents. Different story when you’re in with a complaint, obviously no commission or bonus would be involved and the hard faced attitude was very apparent and also patronising.

We usually book with TUI online but because we wanted to find the perfect holiday for a birthday we decided to go in store. What can I say.. what a great experience it was!Lorna was extremely knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect holiday. The other ladies that were there that day shared their own experiences with the resort we finally decided on.I will definitely be back in store instead of booking online from now on. TUI, the Glenrothes store staff are a credit to you! Thank you again Lorna ❤️

Just had to share my recent experience with Tui Travel in Glenrothes – it was absolutely brilliant! Excellent service! I would normally book online but, as this was my first cruise, I decided to book in-store. I was given lots of great hints & tips from Lorna Allsop and her colleagues. I woudn't hesitate to book my next trip with Lorna.

All I can say is thank you so much to Tui Glenrothes & especially the manager Elaine who was so kind & compassionate after our cruise was cancelled due to flight disruptions. Unfortunately, some of these things can’t be controlled, we were absolutely gutted to say the least but Elaine went above and beyond to get me rebooked on tui’s new cruise. While in the shop I witnessed the tui staff receiving hurls of verbal abuse that was just uncalled for…it was not their fault & they did everything they could to ensure further safe travel for me & my family. Thanks to the staff & Elaine.
