JFJ Wood Flooring

I ordered engineered oak planks for flooring and advice on treating them. The service was excellent, the cost competitive and the flooring is beautiful and will last hundreds of years. I could not recommend JFJ Wood Flooring more highly.

Tom and his team were amazing, from initial enquiry to advise during fitting, they were so responsive and helpful. We chose the untreated boards and used the Treatex hard wax oil and we are thrilled to bits with the end result!We couldn't recommend JFJ Wood Flooring enough, thank you guys for all your help.

We used JFJ Wood Flooring to purchase engineered oak flooring and oak skirting. The whole process was very easy and straightforward and customer service was exceptional throughout. Delivery was quick and even when there was a minor delay (through no fault of their own) they went out of thier way to ensure we were kept updated and ensure the flooring still reached us when needed. Their website offers fantastic and easy to understand advice that was invaluable when we were looking to purchase the flooring to fit over an underfloor heating system.You won't get this kind of service, guidance and support or the great range of quality products from any mainstream retailer. I have ordered oak three times over a couple of years of refurbishments. I bought dimensionally-stable tongue/grooved oak from JFJ, also a terrific hard wax (that is lasting like new for years), oak skirting for the entire house as well as some replacement door reveals in oak also. All the oak matches, is stable, looks beautiful and the supply, service and support was, and is, exemplary. The prices for the quality are very fair and I did not think to negotiate because of the standard of supplies. All timber arrived perfectly packed and without damage on these three orders and I am happy to recommend JFJ oak products without question. We used JFJ for our engineered wood flooring in our hallway earlier last year and the service was great. They were really helpful in sending us samples and talking us through making the right choice.We had someone else install but we loved the floor so much that we ended up ordering more for our next project which was the living room.Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We visited JFJ Wood Flooring on the recommendation of my wife's brother. From the moment we were greeted in their amazing showroom we were truly impressed. Their knowledge and service were 1st class and absolutely no pressure was put on us to buy. The delivery was on time and the delivery driver was very helpful, placing the many heavy oak wooden floor boxes where we needed them. I am a keen DIYer and fitted the flooring myself in a through lounge and kitchen. The product is first class which we would highly recommend both the company and their products.

They gave us samples of the flooring we were interested in and samples of the oils so we could try them out at home before deciding. We were recommended by friends to buy engineered wood flooring from JFJ and it was a joy to visit their showroom with its spectacular views. Tom and John were very helpful and it did not take long to get the right product for us at a very reasonable price. They also supplied the oil we needed. We did not need them to install it as our joiner did that and they worked with him on making sure he had the wood when it was needed. The other bonus was the floor tiles they were able to supply and which we love. They are not wood but look like it and many people have commented on how good they look and again very reasonably priced. Great service. Thank you.
