Al Murad Tiles

Great place to shop for tiles, the staff really care and try to help out.

They're cheap for a reason. They delivered someone's tiles to me and mine to them! My builder was waiting to start laying the tiles but when the wrong tiles arrived, he was angry as he couldn't start the work for days until my tiles were delivered. He had left all his tools in my house after dismantling my old floor tiles, so he couldn't start another job. He had other jobs lined up to do after my job. I then had to plead with Al-Murad to sort out the mess quickly with a dozen phone calls and visits. I had to pacify my furious builder and had angry exchanges as his days had been wasted all courtesy of Al Murad!

These guys have everything at reasonable prices with excellent customer service should you require any help.

Great service from the team at Al Murad Newbury Park. They called the day before to tell me the tiles were ready and I came first thing in the morning and they were ready without any hassle. Very pleasant and helped with loading into the car,

Arrogant staff with no manners and aggressive looks. Special the one showing off muscles to his colleagues. Kept talking amongst themselves pretty loud in Bangali which I didn't understand. Beautiful tiles and bathroom fittings.

This Ilford branch staff are very rude there are not helpful at all, whenever you buy tiles from the showroom they will tell you three to five working day even when you reorder urgently they will say same thing, after 3 days when you call them to find out about your order they don't even ask you your address or anything they just tell you nothing here you need to wait.

Absolutely uneducated, bad mannered and terribly inadequate staff. Specifically, the self-proclaimed con-artists at the front (the two blokes). Only saving grace, is the hijabi who's an angel!

I went in today to buy a Bathroom sink-Unit, a tab. and a towel rack. While talking to the sales girl, aan asian looking guy with long hair started staring at me with condescendingly dirty looks. I asked him what his problem was? why are you giving me that looks? and started throwing unnecessary and very stupidly framed remarks.That's when I realised these people are not worth spending few thousand pounds and I left. This place was barron like a desert and now I know why there were no customers inside.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I ordered Adhesive (40 bags). They charged 30£ (without receipt) and delivered 30 bags only. We called them full day for remaining 10 bags and they always says guy is coming but never turned up and I have to pay builder for a day as he has nothing to do. Next Day we have to collect 10 bags in person. Now, I have spare 1 bag of Adhesive and 1 bag of grout so I went to return but they said its more than 35 days which I can not believe that construction work can be finish in 35 days. if a manager can not refund a 1 bag and need to take approval from head office meaning he just want to ignore the customer. for me its just 20£ refund but it could be a big amount. I will never go again.

Customers service is appalling “they’ll load it in your car” then tell you to pick everything yourself and they watch spend a few thousands here they don’t care. Disappointed to be honest, as the tiles are great and would like to shop again.
