Little Walsingham recreation ground

Popped into the farm shop and thought would stretch the dogs legs here,only to find out dogs are not allowed on the recreation ground. Disappointed

This is a very good village play area. There are good facilities for children to let off steam and a playing field for active sports. While we were there local children were flying kites.We had spent a day visiting the holy sites in Walsingham and the children needed to run free for a while.Any visiting families are recommended to bring their children here.It is close to the Norfolk Riddle restaurant and the Farms Shop.

Little Walsingham garden centre

Little Walsingham recreation ground has been entertaining boys & girls for many years, and have in turn been entertaining grown ups for as long. I'm in no doubt at all that much merriment has been had there & many more will find it a source of innocent joy in years to come. However, this isn't only a space for children, & no I'm not talking about the Rubber Johnnies illicitly discarded, this is a place for those who rejoice in studying grass. There's loads of it here. Little green shards of pointy stuff that smells of freshness when mown & dog poo when left. It's my ambition one day when I've finished poking my eyes with sharp sticks to count the blades of grass. I have it all planned but it does depend largely on being able to mark out squares. A task only achievable if left totally alone. A task only achievable in this case if left totally alone for the months it will take. That means no boys. No girls. No rubber Johnny nonsense. No dogs. Hang on... this may be harder than I thought.
