Well what can I say but what a fantastic experience and part exchange with Alex and Julia, everything run smoothly and got the car I wanted. Alex was great to talk in the phone regarding the exchange and Julia for sorting all the paperwork out. I appreciate Alex also for dropping my new car off as well, he actually went out of his way to fulfill my exchange.I would absolutely recommend K and A for any vehicle you want as they so everything so smoothly.Thank you once again Alex and Julia for all your help sorting my exchange out.

Haven't bought a used car for a long time. I was anxious to get a deal done quickly. I turned up at K&A cars only to see the front door closed. I'd actually turned up on the wrong day!Not realising this at the time, I left a strong message on their answer machine as I was upset and angry.On the way home (by bus,) having received my message, Alex called apologising profusely (though it wasn't even his fault!)He calmed me down, said sorry almost a dozen times, and told me to get off the bus, send him my location, and he'd come and collect me as I had such an awful journey.I did, and within 5 minutes Alex met me, still showing remorse and regret.However, we made it back to his office, he made me feel at ease, talked me through the vehicle details, and because of his commitment, honesty, and courtesy, I bought the car!When I went back to collect the vehicle, Julia (Alex's wife) helped me with everything including AA cover, warranty, Road Tax etc.She was equally professional, courteous, and reassuring.Thank you so much Alex & Julia; you've made the whole process of buying a used car easy, and memorable!!I'm very happy with my purchase! Avoid this company. The car they advertise is different from what they send. They take only pictures of the car when perfect they will not show pictures showing the true nature of faults with the car. Car looked perfect in the picture arrived and there was white paint all over it, there was white paints and marks all around the door and all over the back, wiper rusted so much that it looked like about to fall off, the car paints already came off from the right side at the back and also there was a cut in the passenger front seat.Company deducted £200 from my money for a car I never used. These guys are scammers....They will say anything to make yiu buy but then they will not provide the car in the same condition advertise on their website and will deduct from your money. Ridiculous customer service I will report them to trading standards

this is an honest review of the overall experience, when arranging a viewing to see the vehicle the service could not be faulted, friendly, approachable and welcoming. The car I brought had a lot of problems which came to light once I left the showroom. Admittedly you sign a document which shows you accept the vehicle as sold after going through an A4 checklist, however there were a lot of 'hidden' problems which you are never going to know about until a good mechanic has given it the once over but by this point it was too late. There were a lot of electrical issues with this car which I should have checked before making the purchase where various things did not work but again this sits on me to not take things at face value. The car came with 6 months warranty which I had to use straight away for a particular part, but the warranty typically did not cover much of the work that was needed therefore I spent a very large amount of money out of my own pocket to fix multiple problems. I contacted K&A cars to see if they were willing to support with just HALF of the bill only for some brake pads, brake discs and exhaust which needed to be replaced as these were in very poor condition, i was not asking for the full cost of the previous mentioned three things but simply contribute half the costs of replacement, the rest of the issues I paid for myself but they were not interested in helping is the bottom line. The MOT from 2022 showed a lot of advisories, the MOT for 2023 showed just one advisory, so naturally I assumed previous advisories had been rectified but of course they had not been and of course you should never assume these things. I brought this car with a lot of unfixed issues, ultimately the decision to not be more thorough on these checks at the time of purchase sits with myself and myself only, however I don’t agree with a car being sold which has as many issues as this one did and then for the dealership to quite happily wash their hands of any real after care service really was disappointing. Again, I cannot fault the initial customer service, process of exchange and the fair price I got for my trade in, I do however feel they should be more empathetic when providing some after care for customers. If some basic more empathetic customer service had been provided, I would happily have given this experience a high five-star rating but this experience after the car had been sold to me was far from great and very disappointing. As mentioned, I did give K&A cars the opportunity to support me with some aftercare before writing this review but they simply did not. The car now drives fine now that all the work has been done which is the positive, the second positive is that it has been a great learning experience for me of when going to car dealers to be more thorough and not so trustworthy as good customer service does not last long in some cases such as this. Personally, I would never go back to this dealer and would just advise people to be thorough at the time of purchase to avoid any issues down the line which may prove expensive as you will be disappointed should you receive the aftercare that I received.

Highly recommend this dealership. They made me feel very comfortable during the test drive and were accomodating to my needs. As I've just recently passed, they also offered to give me supervised drives even after I purchased the car, which is amazing. They also included a 6 month warranty for free. Highly highly recommend them!
