Do not use this company! Just been ripped off. My young son stupidly didnt get a price first but as they started loading his car he quoted £395. When told to unload it he said £325 to unload now. We were held ransome as he had the car on the truck.

AVOID!!!!! Called and was told 60-90 minutes, called back after 90 minutes and told another 15-20 minutes, called again after half an hour and told “any minute now”. Called again after another 20 minutes but the phone rang off (3 times). Then I was sent a number of the recovery driver by text that was incorrect. Finally someone rang back once another service was on its way to say nearest driver is in Woking and would be a minimum of another hour. By the looks of the other reviews I had a lucky escape! Avoid this firm!!!

Called up at 9:30am this morning after my car broke down and needed it taken to the dealership, the gentleman who picked me and the car up was friendly and professional. Got me to the dealership and paid the price quoted. Highly recommend

Scammers left me stranded in -degree temperatures for 5 hours!!! I called them after a crash on the ice, I was badly hurt and very traumatised. They took my card details to take a deposit and told me they would be there in one hour. I kept calling for an update 2 hours after my first call, they said 30 mins, 15 mins, then just kept hanging up on me! they NEVER turned up! I could have died alone in that weather!! Thank god I managed to get help from a reputable company! They shouldn’t be allowed to trade!!!

I booked this the day before. They still arrived nearly an hour late. I was pressured to drive to a cash point to pay the driver in cash. I felt intimidated and he asked for more than was actually the price. He refused to unload until I’d proved I had paid. I rang the company and checked and paid the actual price but I felt threatened and vulnerable. Will never use again. Please do not risk feeling like this.

Pathetic excuse of a company. Not fit to recover from a cold yet alone recover your car. Avoid at all cost

Wish we'd read the reviews before calling this disgraceful bunch of degenerates. Absolutely disgusting service and shameful pressure tactics from their so called head office when it comes to payment. DO NOT USE!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 0 OUT OF 5!!!! Wildly inaccurate website and took advantage of someone in a very stressful situation!My partner called them to ask for help with a flat tyre. They took £50 deposit from him there and then (no other quote provided!) And said they'd be 60-90 minutes... 2 & half hours later and several attempts from us to call for an update someone arrives.. the website CLEARLY says they will do everything they can to get you back on the road there and then, before offering recovery including tyres changes and jump-start. The gent has bought no equipment to help whatsoever. He then said it would be £195 to get us back home. We asked for a moment to dicuss privately and stepped away... I asked my partner if could afford this (what I meant was, did he have the money right there & then not afford at all!!) And he said no... the driver overheard this, took it to mean we didn't want the service.. shouted at us, was rude and drove away without explanation. Leaving us stranded yet again. We did want the service, we were discussing me paying and then my partner paying me back some on his pay day (NOT THAT THIS HAS ANY RELEVANCE AS IT WAS A PRIVATE CONVERSATION) I called to explain this to management and was told to watch MY attitude and to go on

My experience with Kent Recovery was very contrary to other reviews, it was all very pleasant and straightforward. They picked up heavy load from one location and dropped it off to the destination as planned and for the agreed price. Driver was polite and helpful.

Appalling way to treat a member of the public .Waited almost 5 hours until I called another company .Constantly bluffing the arrival time .Was told they would be there by 1.006.15 still not arrived .Having just read the other reviews I feel price wise I was lucky !!Over 5 hours Waiting ...what a vile company by what others have endured .Still I'm sure unlike me most people will look at these reviews....wish I had ...but my only problem was time wasted ...but hey ...it was sunny .
