Roy did a thorough job of diagnosing a suspected battery problem with my laptop, and advising on repair. Communications throughout were great, and he also works beyond normal office hours, which was a real plus for me! Highly recommended.

Had a laptop malfunction main drive and blue screen of D&£(h.Decided not to buy new and skip old unit.Opted to upscale units capabilities.Took unit to PC Rescue (Roy) who identified the route cause of the problem and type of rescue required.Parts promptly ordered and delivered on Saturday AM.Roy worked on the unit as and when over the weekend updating me as he went along. Completed rebuild and test on the Sunday.Excellent job with a full report as to route cause and pathway to recovery. Plus you get a 1 year warranty on work carried out.It is satisfying to give PC Rescue my highest recommendation.

roy does a great lap top repair service & prices are very reasonable i give him ten out of ten stars . brinkworth bob
