Brought my beloved bike for a service and repair into Stah’s on Saturday, they took it in and they advised that it would be ready on Monday. And so it was. My bike looked great and healthy. They had done only the work which the bike needed and therefore they did not inflate my bill. The service fee was fair, the job done in time. I have saved them in my maps as the repairs site in this area. Totally recommend them. Well done.

asked to get my back tire changed and did not end up doing it when i came back. was told the back tire is completely fine and strong 2 times i've visited, it has punctured today for the 5th time in 2 months. Also really passive attitude and sarcastic tone. fixed my front tire and the tube though and is still in great condition. Overall would be a better shop is there wasn't as much attitude involved

Really like this bike shop. Stah has a great understanding of bike mechanics - amazing to watch him working on bikes. I have gone to East Side Bike shop a number of times, my bikes cycles like a dream after his service and is a joy to ride. His prices are reasonable and his knowledge second to none.

I wish I had read the negative reviews and the very rude owner responses before visiting this shop! I brought my bike in recently and the shop was empty but the person behind the counter was working on paperwork when I arrived. I tried several times to explain what I wanted done: just a gear adjustment and replacing my quick-release axles on my wheels with anti-theft ones. He barely listened to me and kept brushing me off when I tried to make sure he understood that I didn't need a full bike service (saying yeah

Could not have had a more positive experience. I had a rear brake, cables and brake levers fitted to a Tokyo bike - the quote was over £100 cheaper than a nearby store and ended up coming in cheaper than quoted. Totally transparent, honest and responsive. Fully recommended.
