Being a casual user of Screwfix, I had a need for their products after moving from Cambridge to Norfolk. Just as good as Cambridge, helpful, knowledgeable and with humour. I had no idea if the thing would fit, but the super helpful guy assured me it would. It did. Pardon my ignorance and accept my thanks for your super kind, knowledgeable staff.

Such a pleasure to shop somewhere where the customer takes priority. I had to return a product I had bought by mistake and couldn't have wished for more help. Paige, on the phone when I first contacted them was fantastic and James in the shop couldn't have been more helpful as well as other staff in house. I will recommend people use Screw Fix before the big ones where you are just left to get on with it.

Great place specially if you use the app pretty fast on ordering and collecting, nice way of working even if you're not a contractor.

The staff are very kind and will go above and beyond to help the customer and thay won't give up on a question no matter how difficult it is very good advise people buy here

Easy to say it's one of my favourite stores, literally they sort everything out for you, lost receipt? No probs, guy in the call centre will find it and send you copy! Your tool stopped working? Just go and get it replaced. 100% satisfaction

Great service, plenty of parking. Can get a bit claustrophobic when purchasing and/or waiting for pick up when busy. Staff are very nice and helpful.
