What an amazing experience. We came all the way from Glasgow to go to Shebeen Secret Supper Club at Blackstairs House at Wick overlooking the harbour. The food was more than five stars. We experienced the best locally sourced food made by an amazing chef. Who knew a truffled tattie soup would taste so good then followed by a generous helping of hand dived Orkney scallops to then experience the most tender beef cheek. Each course was phenomenal. Champagne on arrival and wine pairing too. That all topped with great company made a perfect night. Will definitely be back and would 100% recommend. Thank you to le chef David Buchanan and Kirsty for being amazing hosts.
