Had an amazing experience today with Owen Garages. After one of my front coils snapped over the weekend, I rang up today and had someone diagnose it this morning. Despite being really busy, a couple of hours later, they had it fixed and ready to go. The quote was accurate and reasonable too. What more can you ask for?!

These guys are fast, friendly and honest.I dropped my car off and the gave me a quote of around £190. I went to London on the train to a meeting and in the afternoon called back to collect it.When I went to pay the man said “that will be £87.50 Sir”I replied “ you mean £187.50”. He said they had found a way to fix it cheaper and it would only be £87.50.It was such a pleasant surprise and shows the integrity of these men.They have a customer for life in me and my family from now on.

Quick and fair. Called early morning to see about fixing my headlight which had gone on my morning drive. Popped over when I was free and had it fixed within 10 minutes and didn’t charge me an eye watering fee.

I was just passing by and decided to pop in the garage and enquire about an issue with my car. To my surprise, Olly the owner asked me to bring the car right away and he diagnosed it and advised me!!! What a guy!!! He is very outgoing and friendly. Owens have serviced and MOT’d my work van - and this week saved the day at the very last minute when the window decided to stop working. Even though they were extremely busy they took the time to kickstart the window and make sure my van was secure.Highly recommended.
