Wow! Awesome coffee!Given how busy it was due to Christmas shoppers, the Team were on top form, polite and service great.Definitely recommend and is one of the best coffees I've had! Up there with places I've visited round the world! Keep doing what you're doing and thank you.

Average experience today. Coffee and cake were nice but service was poor by one member of the staff, not all. I accidentally paid before registering my app to collect a stamp. The staff member wasn't helpful and told me to contact head office as she couldn't do anything about it. Normally the staff are very helpful and courteous. May be it was just a bad day to visit?

Felt very cosy and comfortable with plenty of seating. Coffees tasted good and the cakes were amazing. A little bit overpriced for what we got but overall a good experience.

Not the place for a good coffee. Flat white/latte/cappuccino - all come the same - very milky. Unfortunately - overpriced, not great coffee.

Placed an order online and have to say. Avoid this place! Received half of someone else's order delivered and nothing of ours. Called up and got someone higher up" who had no clue what they where doing! Wanted us to sort it all out for them! They couldn't care any less that they've messed up two orders and wasted everyone else's time and money!"

I really liked the Caramel Frappe. Very cosy inside. Dog-friendly too, which was great for my friends dog. Will definitely be returning.

Unfortunately we were disappointed of the service, seemed to us staff was indifferent to their clients at all.We couldn't find any clean tables around,only dirty and unfortunately they were not in hurry to keep them clean and we were sitting at the dirty table, pots are full and all tea dropped onto tray,no napkins. I would like to recommend them to be open hearted, positive abd smile,manage to maintain cleanliness in the coffee shop.

As always, great service and amazing coffee. A unique feel that is captured in every shop. Coffee probably takes the number 1 slot too to be honest. Price is cheap in comparison to others but also better quality I feel.
