We had our flat roof relayed by the company 2 years ago which came with a 5 year guarantee. The only problem is that now the flat roof has failed again and after 7 promises that they will come and have a look at it again they havent, they are now avoiding my calls.

I Don't know if this company is still i busness ?They done some work for us about 7 years ago.Just found their paperworkHighly priced; had at first thought they were going to work off scafolding; but didn't and price was still high.I did mention to them that the ridge tile looked not right.They did say they they would get back out to it.Never did and the tenant recently said there was a leak.We sent another roofer out and fixed what these had not done
