Following my appointment with Carina I must say the treatment has been highly affective. Deep tissue massage with Accupuncture has yielded fantastic results. Anyone looking for a professional and extremely knowledgeable therapist should look no further.

I had been suffering for over 10 months with severe pain & limited movement in my arm.The NHS had diagnosed tendonitis & I was told to rest & take painkillers.The condition just got worse with no hope of improvement.Luckily my wife knew Carina's talents first hand and although I was very, very sceptical, I agreed to pay her a visit.Within 10 minutes Carina had diagnosed a frozen shoulder.She then she set to work on me for over an hour & gave me some exercises to perform at home.Although the massage was extremely painful at the time, within days I witnessed real improvement.I decided to return for some regular sessions and over the next few months each visit paid further dividends.I went from being very dubious to a complete convert to her specialism.I am now pain free with all movement restored.I simply can't recommend Carina enough- she is extremely caring, knowledgeable and competent.She's also great fun to know!

I have seen Carina several times, to work on a re occurring back problem, and joint pain that I have been suffering from. The sessions can be quite intense at times, butthe benefits are more than worth it.

Following a fall I had to make a second visit which as per the first gave very quick results. The addition of the acupuncture was also effective without feeling any discomfort from the needles. Would strongly recommend to anyone needing this type of treatment.

I see Carina every 6 or so weeks. She is always very welcoming and friendly and is very easy to talk to. I feel relaxed in her sessions and trust her to put my muscles back into position! My job means that I am prone to muscles tightening after periods of time, but I have never felt pressured into returning for further treatments. I go because I enjoy them and can see (and feel) a real difference in my back after.

My masseuse (Carina) was very friendly and very helpful. I found she helped me tremendously with with the problem/issue I was having. I could not fault the experience what so ever. Definitely highly recommend.
